On a monthly basis, you will receive detailed financial reporting that covers the full picture of your property's activity, including rent collection and processing, payment of maintenance vendor bills, payment of monthly items requested by owners, and owner statement preparation with direct deposit by ACH processing straight to your bank account.
At the end of each year, we also provide the documentation you need to move confidently into tax season, including tax statements and 1099s along with a complete annual summary owner statement.
