We recognized a gap in the industry where property owners lacked confidence that their investments were being truly cared for, and where tenants struggled to reach a real person when they needed help. That recognition became our foundation. Financial Reporting

When an eviction becomes necessary, we are with you through the entire process. We cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) so your investment stays protected and the situation is resolved with as little stress on you as possible.

Roy Harmes

I recently retired from the United States Air Force after 20 amazing years of service with the USAF Academy being my last assignment. I spent my career in the Air Force medical field, taking care of my fellow Airman, Soldiers, Sailors and Coast Guardsman and I feel blessed that I have found another way to continue to take care of not only them, but their friends and families as well. You have my dedicated attention to detail with every interaction and my tireless work ethic to produce the results you are after. What a truly unique and beautiful place we have the privilege of living in! You can typically find my three daughters and me taking advantage of the mountains, rivers and lakes either kayaking, camping, fishing, mountain biking, or hitting the slopes on our snowboards. Everyday is an adventure here and we try to make as many memories with them as possible. I will not be satisfied until each and everyone of my clients are overjoyed with their home buying/selling/renting experience.

Helping property owners, tenants, and our team navigate every step of the property management process with organization, communication, and care. My family and I moved from Texas to Colorado in 2017, and it didn't take long for Colorado to feel like home. When my husband and I are not working or at one of the kids' games, we're usually on the boat, camping, fishing, hiking, exploring the mountains, or simply enjoying time together outside. I earned my degree in General Business and Human Resources and have worked in customer service for more than 20 years. Throughout my career, I've learned that good communication, staying organized, and treating people with respect can make all the difference. I enjoy solving problems, finding practical solutions, and making sure people feel heard.
