Jamie Moore - Director of Operations

My family and I moved from Texas to Peyton in 2017, and it didn't take long for Colorado to feel like home. My husband and I are raising our kids here, and when we're not working or at one of the kids' activities, we're usually on the boat, camping, fishing, hiking, exploring the mountains, or simply enjoying time together outside. We also have started a small hobby farm with chickens and our two dogs; and knowing our family, there will probably be more animals before too long!

I earned my degree in General Business and Human Resources and have worked in customer service for more than 20 years. Throughout my career, I've learned that good communication, staying organized, and treating people with respect can make all the difference. I enjoy solving problems, finding practical solutions, and making sure people feel heard.

As Director of Operations, I help oversee the day-to-day operations of our property management division. Whether I'm working with property owners, tenants, vendors, or our team, my goal is always the same: to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I believe in being responsive, honest, and following through on what I say I'll do.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the ball fields or volleyball court. My family is actively involved with High Plains Little League, where our kids play baseball and softball, and I enjoy volunteering my time to help support our local community. Being involved has allowed me to meet so many wonderful families, and it's one of the things I love most about living here.
